Mother’s Prayers

Mother’s Prayers meet every Monday after morning Mass in the meeting room. If you would like to join us to pray in a special way for our children, please come along.

The Rosary

The Rosary is a prayer to Mary which follows the story of the New Testament. Each Mystery we pray calls on us to focus our thoughts on a different event in the lives of Mary and Jesus. When you pray the Rosary, begin by telling Mary, the Mother of Christ, what you would like her to use your prayers for.

Click on this link where you can see how to pray the rosary. Pray the Rosary with Aid to the Church in Need  and click here for the Rosary Prayers mentioned on their page.

Stations of the Cross

Perpetual Adoration

Perpetual Adoration is continuous prayer before the real presence of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. The consecrated Body of Christ is placed in the centre of a special sacred vessel called a monstrance. Jesus is thus available for ANYONE who wishes to visit and spend time with Him.

“The Church and the world have a great need of Eucharistic Adoration” Pope John Paul II

Perpetual Adoration takes place Our Lady and St John every Wednesday from 9:30am until 8:30pm. All are welcome throughout the day.  A rota for all day Adoration has been put into place but more support is needed. To view the latest rota, please click here.

Jesus waits for us in this Sacrament of love.
Please regard this as a personal invitation from Our Lord
